Happy National Volunteer Week, and Happy Earth Day! This past Saturday, our team spent the day volunteering at our first Shred Day of the year at our Newberg Branch! First Federal puts on these events to help prevent identity theft by shredding important documents for community members. Through this event, we were also able to collect lots of food donations for Newberg FISH Emergency Service Food Pantry! In the spirit of Earth Day, we also see this as a great time to encourage our customers to go paperless!
